Our Eminent Jury

This year the jury body of the UCCI Excellence Awards constituted of eminent experts from the fields of Management Consulting, Government Policy, Academia, and CSR. The Jury panel included Ret. IAS and Ex. Chief Secretary, Rajasthan Shri Anil Vaish, Director, IIM-Udaipur Shri Janat Shah, Ex. CSR Head of Vedanta HZL, Smt. Neelima Khetan and Partner, Advisory Consultant at One of the Big Four, Shri Shobhit Agarwal.

He is an IAS officer from the 1970 batch who held important portfolios in both Rajasthan State and also on deputation to the central government. Beside his contribution as the chief secretary of Rajasthan between Feb 2005 and June 200, he also served as additional chief Secretary holding the charge of mines, Forest and Public Work Departments. He has also served as Chairman of the state revenue Board, Indira Gandhi Canal Board and the Rajasthan industrial Development and investment corporation. He also served as chairman & managing Director of Rajasthan State Minerals and Mine Ltd. Beside that he was instrumental in getting Hazardous Waste Management Facility at Gudli Promoted by UCCI.

After Completing B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering from IIT, Bombay in 1980, he Completed his fellowship from IIM, Ahemdabad and pursed his career in Management studies with specialisation in operation Management, Quantitative Methods, Information System and Supply Chain Management. His contribution in setting up IIM Udaipur is commendable. Under his mentoring, IIM Udaipur was ranked as the 5th best management institute in the country by government of India (Ministry of Human Resource Development), National Institutional Ranking Framework in 2016. Prof. Shah is a live example of a dynamic educational and humble nature.

(FORMER HEAD OF CSR, VEDANTA HINDUSTAN ZINC)

Smt. Neelima Khetamn is vice president CSR at Hindustan Zinc Limited. She holds Bachelor’s in commerce form Shri Ram College of Commerce and a post graduate degree in rural management from IRAM. Prior to this she has served as director- CSR & sustainability for Coca-Cola India south west Asia, Chief Executive of Seva mandir and Acting Director of Institute of Rural Management, Anand (IRMA).
