UCCI is organizing a Corporate Yoga Session with Ms. Priya Mogra and Ms. Neera Taparia.
A healthy mind breeds a healthy body and vice versa. When the body is physically healthy, the mind is clear, focused and stress remains under control. Yoga in Daily Life is a system of practice consisting of eight levels of development in the areas of physical, mental, social and spiritual health.
It is beneficial for all those who experience stress at workplace or in general are looking for personality development and better mental concentration.
